hey everyone...

well i'm moving in a couple weeks.  gonna start living the responsible adult life with my hubby.  i can't wait.  it means more responsibility, bills, and living on my own (with jordan of course).  these are all things i've never experienced before.  after 23 years, i'm gonna start living in the real world.  no more mommy and daddy to tell me what to do, pick up after me, and paying for all my stuff.  i'm scared but excited at the same time.  i'm excited to  start living my life with jordan.  it's gonna be hard, but we'll get through it.  i'll miss my family though.  but enough about that.  my husband is coming home!

i've set up our apartment, which i LOVE by the way.  i didn't really pay attention to it at first, because i thought it was a little pricey and far from the base, but i had this feeling jordan liked the place, since he kept mentioning the place.  i took a second look and spoke with the leasing lady, and i fell in love with the place! gourmet kitchen, HUGE walk in closets with built in shelving, a sunroom, a terrace, and its 1166 sq ft! thats almost as big as a small house! best part about the place, is that its in a safe neighborhood and one of the best places to live in Augusta. jordan's buddies told him its a very beautiful place to live.  i can't wait to actually walk into the apartment.  just a couple more weeks.  two weeks to be exact.  then i'm peace outtie san diego, hello augusta.  i'm still trying to decide if i'm gonna call my "friends" to let them know i'm leaving.  most of them never get back to my messages, and if i do happen to run into them at the mall or something, its the same response each time..." how come you don't call?"!  hello, it goes both ways yah know.  so i'm kinda tired of being the one to always call.  if you know i'm leaving and wanna say bye, you call me.  sorry don't mean to be mean or anything. just tired of it. 

anyways, i've just been busy with work and figuring out what kinda color scheme i want for our place.  so far, i've only figured out the bathroom and jordan's office.  still not sure about the living room and our masterbedroom.  i gotta find a place where i can buy an inexpensive couch, probably the exchange.  thats the only thing missing from the apartment.  we already have everything else.  lets see, what else...

my christmas and new years went okay.  for christmas, john bought me a pink mini ipod.  i also got money and a coach denim wristlet, clothes. gift cards, and got myself a new phone.  i still like my original phone better.  but hey i need a phone, since mine broke.  my cousins from the philippines were here, and we had a good time.  for new years eve we had a gift exchange.  i got my cousin a coash ipod case and wallet.  mikey, my fave lil cousin got me and he bought me a fossil watch.  i love it.  jordan's parents also got me a pink skagen watch i love that too of course.  i love pink!  anwyays, well i guess thats it for now. i gott get back to packing stuff up.  hope everyone is taking care.  bye for now.

guess what?! i bought my WEDDING DRESS!!!!! yup yah heard right.  i'm so excited! i know, i know the wedding is next year, but they won't be selling my dress after January 2005.  it'll be discontinued.  and this is THE one!  i've been saying that since last year when i saw it on the runway in anaheim.  i LOVE it!!! ohhh...and my maid of honor and matron of honor dresses for my sister and cousin were on sale!!! they have to wait on buying it though because they didn't have my cousin's size.  my sister still needs to try it on.  i'm sure she'll be able to fit in the one at the store though, since it was a big size.  they totally mock my dress and they are a PERFECT match to my wedding dress.  i'm SOOOO excited!! things are finally coming along.  now i just need the husband back home! =( soon i hope.  well, just wanted to share my news!

so its been 9 days since jordan left.  surprisely i'm alright.  i think things are harder on him then they are on me right now.  but everything is starting to get better, i hope.  he's at a new camp now.  only 8 more week until he comes home.  i can't wait.  time is gonna go by fast.  i'll try and post some pics we took while jordan was in town.  its on my other computer right now.  anyways, we enjoyed every minute of the last 2 weeks.  i can't believe my job really let me go on vacation 2 days into the job! haha....my family is still amazed on how i manage to pull stuff off like that. haha..anyways...nothing really much to blog about.  marv left today too.  rose told me they were both crying like crazy.  gosh, it must be really hard to have to leave your baby like that.  well, jordan had to leave ruffus.  jordan and ruffus really bonded.  when i dropped him off at the in laws yesterday, ruffus was looking for jordan.  poor baby.  anyways, i guess thats all i really have to write about.  my life isn't all that interesting. sorry peoples.  well take care everyone!

my vacation has been wonderful so far.  baby's going back on thursday though...but no worries.  2 months and we'll be back together FINALLY starting our married life together.  i'm so excited.  these coming months will go by fast.  i go back to work on thursday and i'll be busy going to gym right after work, as well as planning our wedding out.  i need to put down a deposit on the hotel.  i think its the one.  i'll find out for sure this week.  vegas was great.  had a lot of fun.  we walked to a bunch of different hotels and gambled.  mgm was the luckiest though, probably cause that's the hotel we stayed at.  while jordan played, i just kept ordering cocktails. haha.. i was trying to get messed up, but it didn't work.  oh wells.  lets see...what else did we do.  hung out with friends at tgif and hooters on friday and saturday.  we also voted early.  the chargers game last week was sooo cool.  it was the first football game i've been too, well not counting working the superbowl 2 years ago.  i actually got to enjoy watching the game.  i liked it.  lots of cheering.  the rest of week we've just been relaxing.  well here's something i got from jovi's site.  hehe....

so my wonderful hubby finally back.  i didn't even cry when he first arrived.  i thought i would.  here we are 2 days later, and now i'm crying.  i don't know why i'm like that.  i'm just happy he's home and it took awhile for it to sink in i guess.  haven't been home in 2 days.  surprisingly no one is looking for me or telling me to come home.  oh wells.  today is jordan's dad birthday and we're just gonna chill here today.  yesterday we had a great time at rock bottom in downtown.  only person missing was alain.  jovi, tell alain everyone missed him.  after dinner we all went to the haunted hotel.  its suppose to be scary, but it turned out to be hella funny!  i guess cause everyone was basically faded and making everything that was suppose to be scary, funny! cracking jokes and stuff.  anyways, jordan is still jet lagged.  i hope it goes away soon.  he wakes up in the middle of the night and sleeps in the afternoon.  he just needs time to rest and get used to the time.  gosh, i still can't believe he's really here sometimes.  i'll just look at him while he's sleeping and just start crying cause i'm so happy.  anyways, thats all for now.  hope everyone is doing well. byes.

well guess what people?! the lord has granted my prayers and has sent jordan on his way home! he's on an airplane as we speak.  i'm so excited!! only 22 hrs to go!!! i can't wait!  its been 9 1/2 months since i saw him last!  so i've planned out our week.  he arrives tuesday afternoon.  we're having dinner at his favorite buffet..todai in the evening and just chill at home the rest of the night.  wednesday shopping with his mom and brother.  later that night dinner at spaghetti factory with friends and then haunted hotel.  thursday is his dad's birthday, so not sure what the plan is on thursday.  friday, dinner at my aunt's house with my family.  saturday is chill day just me and him probably.  i think his mom has work and his brother and dad are leaving for missouri that morning.  sunday GO CHARGERS!!  yup, going to the chargers game.  church, seaus, then we're taking the trolley to qualcomm.  right after the game, we're headed to the airport for VEGAS!! i'm so excited! 3 days, 2 nights at the mgm grand.  gosh, i'm gonna have a busy week....so if i don't blog, you all know why! hahaha.  anyways, if anyone wants to join us on wednesday let me know.  thats its for now.....take care everyone!!

why do sucky things happen to good people?? can someone PLEASE explain this to me??  i don't understand.  i don't want to complain, but  whatever need to get off my chest.  i guess shit just happens.

nope, i'm not having a baby.  jordan's cousin gave birth to a baby boy today.  i was there to witness the whole thing.  it was pretty cool and pretty scary at the same time.  she wasn't even hurting cause they gave her an epidural.  don't know if i spelled that right.  so i guess i'll be going through the same thing in a couple years.  weird...everyone around me seems to be having babies or be pregnant.  i think i'll be or i mean i'm already the last one to have a baby.  oh wells, like i said before, i wanna enjoy my married life first.  i wanna devote all my time and love to my husband first.  jordan's mom is already asking about when we're gonna have kids, but i just say "not yet. we're not ready" joanne's having a baby too!  she's abour 16 weeks along.  she got married yesterday and had a reception at east buffet.  it was pretty cool.   as for rose, she's gonna pop any time now.  she said she's ready for her little girl to come out.  marvin is supposedly gonna be home around October 15.  it'll be really nice if he were to see his baby girl. 

i haven't really been doing anything too excited, thats why i haven't updated.  plus, i'm just too lazy.  yesterday i had a long day.  joanne's reception was at 12, then went to ethan's bday party at terra nova park in chula vista, drove to hans and harry to buy a fruit strudel and birthday cake, then had to buy kate's balloons and head back to east buffet to decorate the banquet room for her bday party.  the rest of last week was spent shopping with my cousin.  i didn't buy anything, except for presents for all the occasions i've been going to.  she just dragged me along cause i'm the one with the discount so i have to pay and she pays me back.  eh.  oh wells.  umm, what else...thats about it.  john is coming back home on friday. 

he was here earlier this month with michelle for a lil bit.  we went to a club! haha...my first club experience and it wasn't all that.  i'm sure i'll have a better time at a MUCH better club and of course, with jordan by my side. hehe.  

oh by the way, i started the south beach diet.  its not that bad actually.  i can still basically eat whatever i want, just no rice, breads, pastas, and ALL fruits.  it basically cuts out all the sugar.  i do this for 2 weeks and then slowly reintroduce in small portions my fave foods that have carbs and sugars.  then i just maintain from there.  the cool thing is that supposedly you lose around 10-15 pounds in those 2 weeks.  i totally belive it because my aunt did it and it worked, plus your basically cutting out all the sugars from your diet.  doing this, and my exercising i should be able to lose a good amount of weight soon.  i hope.  okay, this is really long.  talk to you laters peoples.      

   So I officially don't work at Nordstrom anymore.  Friday was my last day, although I was still able to use my discount on saturday when I went shopping at Mission Viejo.  I basically took my aunt there to buy some stuff and I picked up my hard to find baby pink size 6 Ugg boots.  I know they look kinda ugly, but hey thought I'd jump on the bandwagon and get some too since with my discount it was only 60 instead of 100! Also, I thought they would be great shoes to wear when Jordan and I go to Chicago.  I'm so excited.  plus I love the fact that my Uggs match the soft scarf and soft cap I bought at Fred Segal last Thursday.  I love that store!! Its hella pricey, but the stuff I bought actually wasn't that bad.  Let's see what else did I buy.  Well I needed to milk this discount thing.  So I bascially went shopping crazy.  Got a couple new tops, light jacket, a hella nice skirt, a couple of bras, underwear, MAC LipGlass, 2 pairs of the cutest shoes (Seychelles and Steve Madden) and my aunt bought shoes and clothes for my cousin and my uncle.  I guess I didn't do THAT much shopping.  At least I got this shopping thing out of my system.  Its back to not shopping unless I NEED something.   That discount really got me hooked.  I don't think I've shopped like that since high school! hehe.  Well now I have an up to date wardrobe and the cutest things to wear for fall and for my vacation when Jordan arrives. 

Well, you're all probably wondering what am I going to Chicago for.  Well its actually not until February and we're going to Jordan's friend's Wedding. Yup! A Wedding!! I love going to those! They make me so happy.  Plus, I love seeing how beautiful everything is and might steal a couple of ideas. hehe.  I can't wait to go on that trip.  I wonder if we'll have time to see a taping of the Oprah Winfrey show.  She gives out a lot of free gifts when you attend her show which is pretty cool.  I still need to find out all the details later, since its not for awhile. 

Gosh, all this talk of wedding stuff is getting me antsy.  I want to have my own wedding ceremony and reception already! But I can wait. I want it to happen sometime next year.  I know we're married already, but ever since I was a little girl I've dreamed of having this big beautiful wedding.  Walking down the church aisle in my big off white gown with pink embroidery on it and seeing Jordan at the alter waiting for me is something I've always dreamed of.  I just hope it happens.  I don't wanna wait years and years to have this wedding.  I've noticed most people who get married legally, don't follow through with the big wedding until years later.  I certainly don't want that happening to me. Oh wells whatevers, I guess we'll see what happens because I'm gonna make it happen.  You can't get what you want unless you make it happen. 

Well, I guess thats all for now.  I gotta get ready for my massage.  I'm finally gonna use the last of the certificates I have that Jordan gave me for my birthday.  Take cares everyone!
